Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Enon Heights.
- Reservations are strictly non-transferable and may not be assigned to another guest without the prior written consent of Management.
- The Property reserves the right to allocate an alternative suite of an equal or higher category where operationally necessary.
Payment & Cancellation
- All reservations are subject to full prepayment prior to arrival.
- The applicable payment terms, cancellation policy, amendment conditions, and cancellation fees are determined by the rate selected at the time of booking. Guests are requested to review their booking confirmation carefully to familiarise themselves with the terms applicable to their reservation.
- In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee for the selected rate will apply. Where a rate requires full prepayment, the full reservation value will be forfeited.
Check-in & Check-out
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- All guests are required to present valid original identification upon arrival.
Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy for each suite must not be exceeded.
- Only registered guests may occupy the accommodation unless prior written approval has been obtained from Management.
Children
- Children are welcome in selected accommodation categories and are subject to the occupancy limits applicable to each suite.
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times whilst on the property.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that preserves the peaceful environment enjoyed by all visitors.
- No parties, events, celebrations, or gatherings of any nature are permitted within the suites or elsewhere on the property without the prior written consent of Management.
- Excessive noise, intoxication, abusive behaviour, harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or any conduct that compromises the comfort, safety, security, or enjoyment of other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
- The Property reserves the right to refuse accommodation or require any guest to leave the premises immediately should their behaviour be deemed inappropriate. In such instances, no refund or compensation shall be payable.
Smoking
- Enon Heights is a non-smoking establishment.
- Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Smoking inside suites or any indoor public areas may result in a deep-cleaning fee and any associated damages being charged to the guest's account.
Fire Safety
- For the safety of all guests and the surrounding natural environment, no open flames, fireworks, candles, braais, or fires may be lit except in designated areas approved by the Property.
- Guests must immediately report any fire hazard or emergency to Management.
Wildlife & Environment
- Enon Heights is situated within a natural environment.
- Guests are requested to respect the surrounding flora and fauna at all times.
- Feeding, disturbing, removing, or harming wildlife or indigenous vegetation is strictly prohibited.
- Guests should remain aware of natural hazards associated with outdoor environments and exercise appropriate caution whilst exploring the property.
Drones & Photography
- The use of drones is prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from Management.
- Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.
Property Care
- Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and respect for the Property at all times.
- All Property assets, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and amenities must be treated with care.
- The Property reserves the right to recover the cost of repairing or replacing any loss or damage caused by a guest, including specialist cleaning where required.
Health & Allergies
- Guests with allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions, or sensitivities (including fabrics, cleaning products, or food) are requested to notify the Property prior to arrival to allow reasonable preparations to be made.
- Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, this cannot be guaranteed.
Valuables
- Electronic safes are provided within the suites for guest convenience.
- Guests requiring storage of items of exceptional value should contact Management prior to arrival.
- Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to safeguard guests and their belongings, the Property accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Lost Property
- Lost property found on the premises will be recorded and securely stored for a limited period.
- Perishable items will only be retained until close of business on the day of departure.
- Items may be collected by the owner upon presentation of suitable identification or returned via courier at the guest's expense.
- The Property is under no obligation to contact guests regarding lost property.
Third-Party Services
- Airport transfers, tours, activities, spa treatments, and other services arranged through third-party providers are offered for the convenience of guests.
- Such services are provided by independent operators, and Enon Heights accepts no responsibility for their acts or omissions except where required by applicable law.
Special Offers
- Where promotional rates, packages, or special offers apply, the specific terms and conditions relating to those offers shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy
- Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), solely for the purposes of administering reservations, providing guest services, complying with legal obligations, and communicating relevant information regarding a guest's stay.
Limitation of Liability
- Whilst every effort is made to provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience, Enon Heights shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, or failure to perform its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fire, flood, power outages, utility interruptions, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, war, or other force majeure events.
Rights of Admission
- Enon Heights reserves the right of admission and may refuse accommodation or terminate a reservation where required to protect the safety, security, reputation, or peaceful enjoyment of the Property by its guests and employees.
Amendments
- Enon Heights reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The version published on the Property's official website at the time of reservation shall apply to that booking.
